International Shipping
Shipping to countries below are available, and the shipping costs will be shown at checkout. If your country do not fall into this list, please contact us (sales@woofycollection.com) for quoting the shipping costs.

Shipping Address
All expedited orders require a street address and we cannot ship any order to PO Boxes.

Order Process Lead Time
Order will be shipped as soon as possible on business days from Monday to Friday. Please expect 1-2 business days to allow for processing time. If longer process time is expected, customer will be notified by email.

Tracking
Customer should receive a confirmation email shortly after order is placed. If you don’t receive that email please check your spam folder to locate it. This is especially important because your shipment notification and tracking information will be sent shortly after item is being shipped.

Risk and Ownership
All risk, including but not limited to risk of loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use, in and to the product which is the subject of the sale shall pass to the customer on delivery thereof to the customer.

Tax and Duties
Please note that the customer, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty taxes, handling fees and customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost.
